Sr. Production Support Specialist

The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our technical support team and resolve customer raised support tickets escalated from first line team
We will provide training for the job, but we expect expertise in the areas we cover to ease and speed up the onboarding process. We also have great opportunities for advancement in your field. What it takes:
- Technical degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with different programming languages, preferably some C-based language
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge about Windows Server
- Knowledge of connection methods and ability to debug those (for example SFTP, FTP, AS2, Web Service)
- Knowledge of integration tools and B2B integration
- ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system) experience
You are great at:
- Customer service experience
- Being technically capable with strong problem-solving skills.
- Being eager to learn new technologies and developing your skills.
- Being a self-starter and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Having fluency in English, with Finnish langauge being an advantage.
