We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our awesome marketing team! You will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.
Job Description:
- Demonstrate a high understanding of current and future digital development to improve the digital marketing including SEO/SEM, and display advertising and to measure and report the performance and assessment against the goals (KPI)
- Leverage the marketing budget and resources to aid in reaching established KPIs
- Create and manage various advertising accounts, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, and Video), Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of professional working experience in the retail and commerce industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and driving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of managing advertising accounts across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, etc.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies.
