Electronic Banking Representative [United States]


 

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The candidate should have the aptitude and capability to perform user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development. Also, under general supervision provides customer service for Cash Management products and services. Performs back office processing functions in support of the products and services. Assist with implementation and training for on-line banking and other cash management products.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in development and testing of UAT Test Scenarios, test cases and scripts
  • Documentation of UAT test scenarios and testing outcome
  • Identify and analyze glitches and report to project management group
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing of the Functional Requirements of various on line products and business processes
  • Escalates issues as needed to maintain deadlines and service levels
  • Ability to work with vendors and support teams
  • Provide training and support to internal and external clients for on line banking and other cash management products
  • Perform daily back office processing functions as assigned.
  • Maintains proper documentation of services and processes performed as required
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
