• Job Description

  1.Successful candidate will join product development team and participate in the R&D NPI and closely work with the HQ R&D Design center for product development;

  2.Responsible for overall mechanical design of optical transceiver products and all associated opto-mechanical sub-assemblies;
  3.Coordinate with PCB and optical designers to ensure overall manufacturability of the product;
  4.Perform thermal and mechanical simulation to understand and optimize package designs, processes, and materials selection;

• Requirement

  1.Bachelor or higher in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines;
  2.Proficient in Creo, Solid work or equivalent 3-D CAD software with good command of GD&T skills
  3.Prior experience in fiber-optic transceiver product design in accordance with standard multisource agreements (MSA) for optical transceivers.
  4.Hands-on experience in thermal and structural simulation using ANSYS or other FEA tools;
  5.Experience of precision manufacturing processes and tooling construction of machining, stamping, die casting, and injection moulding is a plus;
  6.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for direct interaction with customers and vendors;
  7.Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment (English or Mandarin)
  8.Ability to handle multiple tasks, independent, self-motivated, creative, innovative and
  responsible.
