- Prepare and issue employment letters, such as offer letter, supplementary letter, contract renewal letter and etc.
- Collect and verify documents provided by candidate / employee; ensure completeness and accuracy of all documents in the personal file of employee.
- Create employee profile in HR System and ensure completeness and accuracy of the information entered in HR System
- Prepare and submit onboarding accesses request to related departments.
- Pre-employment checkup arrangement for new hires when necessary.
- Monitor and follow up on offer acceptance and joining status of employee.
