  • Collect and verify documents provided by candidate / employee; ensure completeness and accuracy of all documents in the personal file of employee.

  • Create employee profile in HR System and ensure completeness and accuracy of the information entered in HR System
  • Prepare and submit onboarding accesses request to related departments.
  • Pre-employment checkup arrangement for new hires when necessary.
  • Monitor and follow up on offer acceptance and joining status of employee.
