    We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in Jerusalem. This is an amazing opportunity to work on mobile products implementations. The team consists of 4 people and is reporting to Senior Team Lead, Project Manager. We have a great skill set in implementation methodology, and we would love to speak with you if you have skills mobile app implementations or customer API services.
    About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field, such as Computer Science or Industrial Engineering, plus at least 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer service experience in a business/technical environment.
  • Proven project management abilities, including strong communication and presentation skills and meet deadlines.
  • Technical understanding of software integrations, web services and industry standard software concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills with capacity to learn new information quickly and keep up with rapidly changing products and processes.
  • Ability to cope well under pressure and with uncertainty and face of changing priorities or circumstances.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Ancillary Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud-based or SaaS product
  • SQL knowledge, ideally Oracle, MS SQL or mySQL
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML – is a plus.
  • Java and web service development experience (covering Axis2/SOAP/REST/JDBC/Spring/Spring MVC/WSDL/XSD) - big advantage.

  • What will you be doing in this role?
    Technical Project Manager is responsible for the success of project delivery including project management, system analysis, configuration services, and training in direct communication with customers while implementing mobile campus applications. As well as supporting post-implementation customer success programs.
  • Participate directly in campusM projects in a technical project manager role.
  • Complete system analysis, setup, and configuration of the application as part of the implementation project
  • Provide technical product advice, training, and consultancy to the customer.
  • Prepare project plans and Statement/s of Work (SOWs) and ensure delivery based on agreed scope.
  • Mitigate risks, dependencies and remove roadblocks to ensure a successful implementation and deployment.
  • Perform and document implementation tasks using globally defined procedures and systems.
  • Coordinate implementation activities with other teams including Product Management, Development, Cloud Services, Customer Support, Sales and Account Management.
  • Serve as first point of escalation for customer concerns relating to both project-level and technical issues and provide oversight for resolution during project implementation.
  • Support regional implementation consultants with expert advice.
  • Execute the post-implementation customer success program. Cooperate with the customer to ensure efficient application usage and improve product adoption.
  • About the Team
    A global team of technical project managers, part of the global professional services department. The team works directly with customers (mainly universities around the world) and internal stakeholders such as development, product, and support teams.
    Hours of Work / More important information for you:
  • This position is based in a Clarivate office location and may be eligible for remote work.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • This position requires weekday attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
  • Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model.
    This is a full-time position.
