The Finance & Performance practice is an integrated part of Deloitte Consulting in Denmark and part of Deloitte’s global Finance & Performance Consulting practice comprising 11,000+ Finance Transformation professionals. We advise them on strategy, operating models and organisational design, and technology enablement to ensure successful finance transformations.
As part of our Finance Strategy offering, you will be advising clients across different industries on solutions to their most challenging problems within the CFO area. You will be collaborating with Deloitte colleagues from our local and global CFO network as well as with colleagues and experts from other consulting communities and practices.

What will you do?
We are looking for talented Finance professionals with expertise in supporting the CFO’s agenda from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects by leading diverse teams of typically +5 consultants within an inclusive team culture
- Understanding client priorities and requirements, and assessing issues and pain points to translate them into recommendations for appropriate solutions
- Developing the finance strategy and transformation journeys in line with the client’s overall corporate strategy and business priorities
- Designing and implementing a new operating model covering aspects such as organisational structure and governance, service delivery, process, people and talent management, data and technology across the Finance function
- Facilitating vision-setting for Finance and help the CFOs evolve their strategic agenda
- Performing internal business development activities and initiatives in Deloitte’s CFO Programme including the contribution to client bids, thought leadership pieces, industry events and supporting the delivery of training or managing team communications

What we’re looking for
We are looking for experienced candidates with solid Finance knowledge and a desire to advise CFOs, to join our team. We are currently searching for Managers and Senior Managers with several years of experience that demonstrate the following:
- More than 6 years of relevant experience in the finance domain, e.g. within other consultancies or finance functions (role to be defined depending on seniority)
- A good strategic understanding of the Finance function and the CFO’s priorities
- Solid leadership experience rooted in strong values and a commitment to excellence and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving skills by being able to translate complex information into clear takeaways
- Track record of establishing trust-based relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences including peers and senior leaders in a structured manner
