Accounts/ Administrative Officer [Nigeria]


 

Swift Consulting.... a firm that consults in Education, Human Resources and General Management as well as conducts trainings, is currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Account/Administrative Officer in a small setting for one of our clients.

*REQUIREMENTS*

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of Three years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a small office environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft package.
  • Ability to operate office equipments, raise invoices, store and retrieve documents.
  • Strong organizational aptitude and the ability to manage diverse tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of integrity and accuracy in your work.

LOCATION: Lekki Phase 1

Salary: 120,000

*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES* :

  • Utilize your expertise to manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Leverage your analytical skills to prepare accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
  • Demonstrate your attention to detail by reconciling bank statements and resolving financial discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate financial audits and ensure compliance.
  • Put your payroll processing proficiency to work, ensuring precise and timely payments.
  • Showcase your multitasking abilities by assisting with administrative tasks, such as coordinating appointments and overseeing office supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of integrity and accuracy in your work.
