A career in our Salesforce Marketing practice, within Salesforce Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. We focus on understanding our client’s challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location.As part of our marketing team, you’ll help business leaders improve customer spend and loyalty by developing personalised marketing delivered via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Independent work with clients (preparation / conducting demos, participation/preparation of workshops)
- Experience as a lead consultant on the project (e.g. Lead Consultant, Lead BA) and ability to manage small project team
- Ability to conduct and document the results of business and system analysis (e.g. users stories, processes, diagrams)
- Experience in project team management and ability to maintain customer relationships as part of project work
- Taking active part in the pre-sales process - client presentations, gathering requirements, conducting discovery sessions, building business relationships, ability to sell services High independence in action and solving project problemsRegular acquisition and expansion of knowledge in the field of selected technology (e.g. product roadmap, specialist blogs, documentation)

Technical skills
- Can estimate the configuration work and is capable to work independently on offers - making reliable quotes, preparing assumptions, proposing architecture of the solution
- Can design solutions based on the native functionalities of the platform and Core Salesforce products.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud at the advanced level and other SF Clouds at the level enabling integration and planning of consumer paths
- Understanding and recommendation in the field of business processes and their design along with subsequent system implementation based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud product
