1. Prepare annual-monthly training plans.
2. Conduct orientation for newcomer, training evaluation and training record.
3. Follow up on employee appraisal, probationary and annual employee appraisal.
4. Manage conflicts, labor disputes and employee relations.
5. Implement of labor relations activity projects.
6. Verify that the reimbursement and billing of the contracting companies is correct according to the agreement.
7. Gather department operation data and report results monthly/yearly.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
9. Comply with the quality policy, occupational health and safety policy and BRC Consumer Product system standards.
10. Follow good methodology for the production of GMP Cosmetic, GMP Hazardous Substances.
14. Minimize the impact on the environment at HR and Admin areas.
15. Control the operations that occur in the responsible part to cause the least impact on the environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR.
- Possess strong hands-on experience in Training/ Recruitment/ Admin
- Possess Thai Labor Law knowledge and proven experience of applying updated legislation to a variety of HR situations.
- Proficient in English.
- Solid knowledge and prior experience in change and project management at the HR and organizational levels.
