YOUR ROLE
The Logistics Coordinator is accountable to ensure for the smooth warehousing and transportation operation in 3PL warehouse.

- Manage warehousing operation and implementing best logistics flow
- Provides daily solutions regarding warehousing and distribution
- Monitoring and controlling inbound-outbound deliveries, Stock Transfer Order (STO), EDI flow between 3PL system and SAP.
- Amend Delivery note, create shipment note and generate invoice/packing list from SAP
- Investigating and doing RCA of customer complains.
- Driving success by focusing on KPIs and process maps
- Communicates and follow-up on urgent deliveries.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline is required
- Min 3 years of experience in Export &Import or similar role
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- 3PL transportation shipping import export freight continuous improvement TMS Sustainability
- Team player, with excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to build effective relationship
- Effective time management and proactive planning
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP knowledge is a must
