As a Resaerch Engineer your missions will be:
As a Resaerch Engineer your missions will be:
- Join the existing R&D team (11 persons) and contact GER and CHN teams
- Generate new compounds formulations for automotive applications, virgin or recycled
- Evaluate new raw materials
- Support plants for pilot and industrial trial organisations, for new grades or new raw materials
- Organize quality management for polymers and compounds, validate batches and propose solutions
- Define new R&D projects
