Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, approaching, and onboarding property owners to our holiday homes management services.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract and convince property owners to partner with us.
- Craft compelling presentations, negotiate agreements, and secure contracts with property owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless property onboarding and maintenance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to adapt and refine your approach.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record in business development, preferably within the holiday homes or real estate sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate landscape is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
