Sales Head – Bakery and Confectionery Fats [Australia]


 

· Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets in Australia and New Zealand

· Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

· Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

· Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

· Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

· Think strategically by seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business

· Work strategically by carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes

· Draw up client contracts depending on the size of company

· Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

  • Meet performance objectives of the sales budget, focusing on gross profit, and monitor throughout the month reporting any deviations.
  • Forecast sales, implement “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.

Work closely across departments such as Technical, Operations and Sales Support to ensure that customers are getting first-class customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

Salary: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
